A strong foundation

A legacy of excellence since 1978, The Egyptian Company for Prestressed Concrete – ECPC by Consolis is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete solutions in Egypt and the Middle East.

Our story began with a commitment to quality and innovation, laying the foundation with a state-of-the-art factory for Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipes (PCCP) in the 10th of Ramadan City. Spanning over 13 hectares, this facility has been producing high-quality PCCP in strict accordance with international standards since its inception.

Over the years, ECPC has enlarged its production capacity and deliveries of PCCP for various infrastructure projects across Egypt and the region. Our PCCP solutions have played a vital role in building stronger infrastructure throughout the years.

This success has fueled our expansion beyond PCCP.

Today, ECPC offers a comprehensive range of precast concrete solutions, encompassing a variety of products.  This diverse portfolio allows us to cater to a wider range of infrastructure needs, providing a one-stop shop for your construction projects.

1978

ECPC is founded in 10th of Ramadan City on a land of 13 Hectare  (130 000 m2)

1979

Cairo headquarters

1979

Production started and has reached a capacity of (180Km-200Km) per year.

1982

Award of Utility transfers Project for Cairo Metro Project.

1984

ECPC started the tunnels precast concrete segments in Egypt, for Greater Cairo Sewage bolted segment rings. 

1987

The start of the precast concrete panels production to fulfill 16,000 panels for New Kasr Al Aini Hospital.

1989

Reinforced Concrete Pipes line certified and started supplying 2,000 m of RCPJ for 6th of  October sewage line project

1993

ECPC awarded to be the supplier of segments for Cairo Metro – line 2

2009

The successful manufacturing of the biggest PCCP diameter in Egypt 2500mm and supplying 30,000 m for 10th of Ramadan Water

2017

ECPC leading the manufacturing of prestressed pretention beams with an average span of 30 m & 40 m for the first time in Egypt for the elevated viaduct section of Cairo Metro Line 3)
