A dynamic leader with years of experience in the precast concrete industry, Mr. Vivien Guiraud brings a wealth of expertise in production, project management, and business development to ECPC. His journey, marked by significant contributions and leadership roles, showcases his dedication to operational excellence and innovation.
Mr. Guiraud’s journey with ECPC began in 2015 as a Project Manager, where he managed and improved the production process for a 1000-head plant. He oversaw all industrial processes, including logistics, ensuring efficiency through lean methodology and ERP implementation. He successfully managed the main factory project for the Cairo Metro Line extension, working with key international clients. Furthermore, he drove business development, expanding activities and opening new markets in Egypt, including technical galleries for tunnels and precast prestressed beams.
In 2020, Mr. Guiraud returned to Bonna Sabla as a Commercial Manager for the ABM railway division of Consolis in France, further broadening his experience. Returning to ECPC as Factory Manager in January 2025, Mr. Guiraud is poised to lead the factory operations with his extensive knowledge and proven track record. He is committed to driving continuous improvement, fostering a culture of efficiency, and ensuring ECPC maintains its position as a leader in the precast concrete industry.
