Pipes & Special Fittings
Our pipes and fittings are engineered to meet the highest industry standards, ensuring durability, reliability, and optimal performance in a wide range of applications. From water and wastewater infrastructure to industrial processes, our products provide efficient and sustainable solutions.
No matter the challenge, we build on what we know works and elevate your vision of success
Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipes (PCCP):
- PCCP is manufactured with high-strength concrete, embedded steel cylinder, high-tensile steel wires, and a protective outer mortar layer. This combination provides exceptional strength, impact resistance, and a long service life that can exceed 100 years.
- Available in diameters ranging from 600mm to 2500mm in various pressure classes to accommodate different pressure requirements.
- Ideal for pressure applications in potable water transmission, wastewater collection, and industrial pipelines.
Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP)
- RCP pipes are a reliable and cost-effective choice for gravity flow applications. Manufactured from high-strength concrete offer excellent value for projects where pressure resistance is not a primary concern.
- Available in a wide range of diameters from 600mm to 3400mm, and strength classes, RCP pipes can be tailored to the specific load requirements of project.
- A popular choice for transporting wastewater in gravity flow systems, passages for streams, drainage channels, and utility crossings under roads and embankments.
Reinforced Concrete Pipe Jacking (RCPJ)
- RCPJ is a compelling alternative to traditional open-cut excavations and tunneling methods for pipe installation. Manufactured as a modification of standard Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP), utilizes high-strength concrete reinforced with steel to withstand the significant jacking forces required for underground placement.
- Available in diameters ranging from 600mm to 3400mm in various pressure classes to accommodate different pressure requirements.
- Suitable for installing pipes under roads, buildings, and utility crossings or tunnels for housing electrical cables and water pipes.
Intermediate Jacking Stations (IJS)
- IJS is prefabricated structures used in pipe jacking projects for longer distances. These stations act as support points for the jacking frame and pipes, enabling segmented pipe installation over extended lengths.
- Custom-built to perfectly match the outer diameter of the project’s pipes, ensuring a seamless fit within the tunnel string.
- These stations provide support for the jacking frame and pipes, enabling segmented pipe installation over extended lengths.
Reinforced Concrete Cylinder Pipes (RCCP)
- RCCP is a pressure pipe specifically designed in combination of high-strength concrete core and embedded steel cylinder for exceptional strength in underground applications and to withstand significant external loads, internal pressure, and even vacuum conditions.
- Available in diameters ranging from 600mm to 3500mm with adaptability to seamlessly integrate with the chosen laying method (traditional trench installation – jacking – micro tunneling).
- Ideal for moderate-pressure applications such as cooling system networks for powerplants and circulation networks for desalination plants.
PCCP and RCP Special Fittings
- Concrete special fittings are a crucial component for building complete, hydraulically efficient, and cost-effective liquid conveyance systems.
- Available in the same range of diameters, specifications, linings, and coatings as the standard concrete pressure pipes they complement.
They are specifically designed to address changes in grade, alignment, or unique project conditions for various concrete pressure pipe systems, including changes in direction, slope adjustments, size or shape transitions, junctions and closures, outlets and inlets, connections and access points.
